company will pay the salary and wages to its research employee from proceeds of this issue as mentioned in object of the issue. It shows the company is not doing well as it is not able to pay the employee salary.

Tejas only hire tier-1 college students, their wages are on par with cisco/juniper. I think avg sal of R&D employee is 18LPA, and i heard from my friends that hikes were very good in last 2 years, so u can see this as investing more in R&D. Based on price band we can decide whether to apply or avoid.

Salary is 18 LPA and there is good hike as you mentioned. If they will pay the hiked salary from proceeds of IPO you can imagine the financial health. More over they have not shown the results of any quarter of financial year 2016-17.

What? Management wants to pay salary to the employees? Man ...that almost brought tears to my eyes. Such generous gestures make them one heck of a honest and caring management. And they say we are living in Kaliyuga ..haha...poor people , they for sure don''t know of this company.
I wonder what would be their plan for the next pay cycle? A rights issue ? ...Gosh| I am so excited already...:-)

They are classifying salaries as a capital expenditure (not as an operating expense)...
It means they will hire more people and get even more technology patents

Their products used in telecom networks telecom companies like Airtel, BSNL using their products extensively...
They get lot of benefit from ''make in india'' program of indian govt since all these products are designed and manufactured in india

Company prospects are very good.
BUT key question is in what band the IPO price gets fixed.

That will help decide whether to apply or pass it

That''s a curious case of some shrewd accounting. I know it must depend on the light in which one chooses to look at things, A glass half filled or half empty? But still, one needs to see what all stuff appears under their '' Capital Expenditure'' column. Pest control charges? Sweeper / Chauffeur salaries?

PAT - Company shows loss for 3 years out of 5 years as per above data of chittorgarh. Latest March 2017 PAT figures also not available.Business of the company depends on patents . Price bands will play the key role whether to apply or not.Listing of some of the recent IPOs was below expectation because they were fully priced.
