This company has not popular in the nearby area of Samalkha because of very bad smell spreading in the areas therefore peoples of area protesting against the company.The production was halted due to this reason. The peoples are still opposing the bad smell spreading by the production unit in the envirnoment. The ecological record of the Smalhka unit is not good. The brands manufactured by the company are not much popular contrywide.These should also keep in mind while applying.Price band is on higher side.

The sector is good, profit growth is amazing and only concerning factor is timing of the issue. Definitely, there will be negative aspects to this industry in the budget.

As per the 'Globus Spirits Limited's financial information' it is showing a gud porfit and increasing sales.

So why 90% of members are advising not to apply in this IPO.

This company has also a production facility in Samalkha and
prodution there was halted in the past for many years due to
certain reasons.The production resumed only after the new
goverment took over in Haryana almost three years ago.

But since the promoters are very close to those who are now
against the present political powers in the state, so there is
very likely hood of the business getting affceted due to this
reasons. There were some reports in the media recently about
some state departments making certain inspections there.This
was alleged to be at the behest of those who are at the helm of affairs in the state.The brands manufactured by the company are only available in and around the state of Haryana and do not
command much of the recognition at the same.

So investors should take these points in to considerations
while applying for this IPO.

Gaya re gaya - baar baar hota hai phir bhee loog nahee maantee aacha hai log kuch productive work kareengee warnaa rooj loog apnee share ko dugna tiguna hootee dekhtee hai baas..

Instead of investing in this bogus IPO's better to invest in the secondary market as it is gone down by atleast 30%.

hi frend did not heard about this ompany...........what did u like it is worth to apply in this ipo.

Don't waste money in this IPO because of two reasons:
1) InTime Spectrum
2) Not attaractive for future
