Puravankara Projects is an average company to invest. if one apply for maximum sure chances to get 30 shs allotment. The listing will be good between (570-590)if market sustains on that day between 14800-15100.

i strongly believes that one should not invest even a single ruppee in the ipo's where CAMEOINDIA is the registrar.No genuine retail investor has got any shares in everon system.BE AWARE OF THIS CAMEO.

This company has delayed the project I have apartment in for more than 1 year. However, they are not even apologetic about their mistake. The apartment community is very angry with their way of handling the project but no one from Purvankara Project cares.

Thinking that they are big builder and hence I will have less problems I bought an apartment through them when I moved into Bangalore. I will NEVER EVER BUY or EVEN RECOMMEND ANY ONE to buy anything from this company again. "

hai once again the registrar has played a spoil sport, i am continueously writing that do not apply in that issues where small time registrar is managing the issue, i have not come across a single genuine person saying that i have been alloted shares in everonn issue. all my family members including friends, relative etc. i have not come across single person who says that i have been alloted in this issue, please beware of cameo (registrar) from south. it will spoil your party do not invest in that issue where the above is registrar

this is one of the best issue whcih investor left dlf hdil ivrprime go for it because another time kotak is the lead manager and it will do not listing below issue price so heavily go for it.

i am engaged as a contractor for construction businesses in bangalore for last 20 years and been through all.this company is absolutely fraud!!they advice us to use sub standard products to increase profits.very poor fundamentals and ethics.
just bother to ask any of ur friends who lives in bangalore

So far I haven't heard anything good about the company. The quality of their constructions seems to be poor.

The customer feedback seems to be very poor.

the company has brought the issue with fac value of 5 rs the site is mamking wrong quotes make correction and avoid all ipo all are richly priced

I am from Bangalore, and i know that this company doesn't have a gud record.
The consumers r not happy with there properties, hence not a sound company.
More into duping the customers and planning to dupe the investors.

hai i have not come across a single person who told me that he got allotment in everonn issue. almost everybody got refund yesterday and today i agree that issue is heavily subscribed but that is also to some extent and registrar has played a biger role,there must be seriously wrong, anybody genuinely probe will reveal the outcome and the role of registrar, these small type of registrars spoils the sentiments of market and investor faith in the market.

From RHP :

- Some of our lands may have irregularities of title, such as non-execution or non-registration of conveyance
deeds and inadequate stamping.

- Our capacity to develop large projects and the scalability of our operations depends on our ability to
acquire large contiguous parcels of land.

- Certain lands in Karnataka have been acquired by Mrs. Geeta Vhatkar, Mr. Nagananda, Mr. D.S. Nagraj
and Mr. Basava Reddy. We have entered into agreements to sell in our favour with each of these
individuals under which the title to the lands will be transferred to us.

- We do not own the premises on which our registered office and other offices are located. We operate from
rented and leased premises.

Clearly, the issue proceeds will flow into the kitty of land owners and office premises owners, who all must be related to the promoters.
The company has not finalised the registrar yet !!!!
Very poor issue IMHO.

Objects of the Issue:
1. To raise capital for Finance land acquisition.

If this company now acquires land, after raising money from market, it will get land at very high cost. How will it help investors ?

Real estate is a risky proposition. Evaluate properly before jumping in.

Hi, As per there objective is to repay the loan amount so i think its bad issue & Price band is also high compare to DLF, HDIL. don't apply
