मित्तल जी Pre-IPO Placement: 6,000,000 equity shares (aggregating up to Rs 120 crore) है तो प्राइस तो 200/- रूपए से कम होना मुश्किल दीखता है, वैसे एक दो लोग जो इस कंपनी के जानकार है उनके अनुसार QIB (ANCHOR) की लिस्ट देखने के बाद इसमें इन्वेस्ट किया जा सकता है, इसकी लिस्टिंग ठीक होने का अनुमान बता रहे हैं.

भाई लोगो इस कम्पनी ने मार्च 2018 के बाद के अपने रिजल्ट कहि पर भी अपलोड नहीं कर रखे हे और तो और ये कम्पनी आज से ठीक डेड साल पहले भी आईपीओ के लिए DRHP फाइल की थी
लेकिन सवाल यही उत्पन होता हे की अभी तक इस कम्पनी ने कुछ भी इनकम अर्जित नहीं करी हे की अपने रिजल्ट रोक रखे हे कुछ बड़ा ही गोल मॉल हे इस आईपीओ में
निवेश करने से पहले जरा सोच लेना जरूर दोस्तों ,अब सवाल ये भी हे की सेबी ऐसी कम्पनी को कैसे अनुमति दे देती हे जिसके रिजल्ट बाकि हे , हो सकता हे इस कम्पनी ने वाकई में अचिर आय अर्जित करी हे पीछे कुछ सालो में लेकिन भाई रिजल्ट तो कम से कम जारी किया करो या अपलोड किया करो ताकि निवेशकों के मन में किसी प्रकार की शंका ना हो
मेरे को तो यही लगता हे की इस कम्पनी का पाइप कहि जल्दी ही ना शिकुड जाय
वैसे सब का अपना अपना मत होता हे क्योकि पैसा उनका हे

Results MAR 19 & SEP 19 ?

पहली DRHP 2017 में ही फ़ाइल की थी 700 करोड़ के IPO के लिए, उसके बाद 2018 में नवंबर में रिवाइज्ड DRHP फ़ाइल की 600 करोड़ के लिए। लेकिन दोनों के समय मार्किट कंडीशन ठीक नही रही तो पैर पीछे खींच लिए। अभी सेंसेक्स हाई पर है तो ये लोग फिर से IPO ला रहे हैं।
