Not really, it may already rejected and registrar can't modify. Best luck next time as issue is already oversubscribed 35times application wise only 3% people will get allotment in retail.
@ QUALITY COMMENT HA.... HA..... HA...... FUNNY..... MY FRIEND
ACTUALLY I WAS INVOLVED IN KNOW HOW OF SHA CATEGORY (HOW TO APPLY, WHO IS ELIGIBLE, SUBSCRIBITION FIG. IN SHA, HOW MANY LOTS ONE CAN APPLY, BASIS OF ALLOTMENT IN SHA & SO ON....)
I wasn't bothered about allotment date when issue was open.
@ satoshi Regarding tags and titles, I request chittorgarh team to remove titles attached to my username, I don't mind it..
For me only important thing is, I can post my query and answers on this forum.....
Are Sharvam, Jab Comment k liye page open karte hoto pehle, IPO ka schedule date display hota he uske baad scroll karke comment karte ho. Anyway, I am just here to read valuable comment only and you ask silly question even after log time member so just have fun.
Under shareholders category there are bid of 28205200 or 1.35x of shareholders quota as price bids (means they didn't apply at cut off price ) as this category is oversubscribed one what are chances for their allocation? Will all this application be considered despite price bids?
Ujjivan Two Mumbai HNIs have applied 6000 CR in IPO. Excluding RJ. They are ready to buy at 70/- any Quantity in PRE Open. Rajkot Mumbai Ahmedabad Jaipur Delhi
All Big Brokers have collectively gathered 50% Shares in Grey of HNI, Retail, Shareholder Category. Ujjivan Premium 29/- Even Promoters of Ujjivan Parent Company are demanding shares in Grey.
If holding account in NSDL then you have to mention 8 digit of DP ID and 8 digit of Client ID (Broker like Sharekhan, etc) If holding account in CDSL then you have to mention 16 digit in Client ID (Broker like Upstox, Arihant, etc.)
For retail category, I have applied for 3 lots under 1 application. It was done through hdfc netbanking and fund is also blocked. Demat account is with Reliance. What is the probability or chance of getting an allocation?
I beg to differ. They will be around 48k valid application because many applicant applied under shareholders quota but they bought share after cutoff date. So eligible applicant should get 400 shares + 10 (or more) addition shares for every additional lots applied
Allotment will be 1 lot+extra shares according to the acceptance ratio
A rejection of 2.75% of the applications will mean 1 firm lot for all applicants, no one will get xtra shares.. any rejection ratio below 2.75% will mean, some very very unlucky applicants may not get allotment (1-1472 for 2.74% to 0% rejection ratio).. this wont happen, as atleast 5% of applications will get rejected on technical grounds
A rejection ratio of 5% to 20% will mean 438 to 678 shares allotment for those who applied maximum lots(=14 lots) under SH category.. make ur estimations according to this, u can cross check this after basis of allotment is out
As there are 28033333 shares available for share holders and 4. Times subscribed Which means for every 4 share we applied we will get one correct ?

@SecondOfficer No, All eligible will get at least 1 lot and then whoever applied more than 1 lot will get proportionate allotment from 2nd lot and onward.
As per RHP read below.
If the aggregate demand in this shareholder category is greater than the allocation to the UFSLShareholder Reservation Portion as envisaged under thisRed Herring Prospectus, at or above the Issue Price, then the maximum number of Eligible UFSL Shareholders who can be Allotted the minimum Bid Lot will be computed by dividing the total number of Equity Shares available for Allotment to Eligile UFSL Shareholders by the minimum Bid Lot ("Maximum UFSL ShareholdersAllottees"). The Allotment to the Eligible UFSL Shareholders will then be made in the following manner:
a)In the event the number of Eligible UFSL Shareholders who have submitted valid Bids in the Issue is equal to or less than Maximum UFSL Shareholders Allottees, (i) all such Eligible UFSL Shareholders shall be Allotted the minimum Bid Lot; and (ii) the balance available Equity Shares, if any, remaining in the UFSLShareholder Reservation Portion shall be Allotted on a proportionate basis to the EligibleUFSL Shareholders who have received Allotment as per (i) above for the balance demand of the Equity Shares Bid by them (i.e. who have Bid for more than the minimum Bid Lot).
b)In the event the number of EligibleUFSL Shareholders who have submitted valid Bids in the Issue is more than Maximum UFSL Shareholders Allottees, the EligibleUFSL Shareholders (in that category) who will then be Allotted minimum Bid Lot shall be determined on the basis of draw of lots.

If we are not aware, maximum brokers try to hold in broker (pool) account, due to some brokers obligations. In my case I DIDN'T ANY -VE BALANCE , hold MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. THEY SAID VERY SILLY reasons.
Kindly AWARE, .

If you have paid money for your purchases and shares have not been transferred to your account, broker is on default. You may claim for loss of your opportunity.
Broker may have applied in 'share holders portion', raise a claim and ask for proportionate allocation.
It is advisable to all to get information of your demat account holding and transaction through web sites of depository directly 24x7 to avoid any misuse of your shares by broker. NSDL and CDSL both have such facility.
'Karvy' has mis utilized client's shares by pledging and taking loan from banks and NBFCs.
As per new SEBI rules under 5 working days broker have to settle your trade, if you paid then share transfer in your Demate account when they get payout. And if you don't pay they will be square up your position.
