SAT has passed the Order on 25th of this month advising Vaswani to give the exit option to Retail Individual Investors to the extent of 15,00,000 approx shares and accordingly you will also be offered exit option for proportionate shares. Apart from this, you will be entitled to receive Bonus Shares on your balance shareholding in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. you will receive 1 bonus share against every 4 shares held.



In this regard, we are finalizing a Public Notice to be published in the Newspapers very shortly. Additionally, you will also receive an individual intimation letter along with Form of Withdrawal in this regard.

dear rohit, the reason for the difference is simple - all speculators for listing gains have invariably applied for 11.90% NCDs. as such, there will be huge rush to dispose off them on listing. that's y it trades at a discount vs. 11.70% ncds. moreover, iiisl is a share broking firm and whose income is directly linked to stock market condition, which is passing through a rough path since Nov.2010

dear rohit parekh, 11.9% NCD is longer tenure (5 yr), ppl are skeptical abt long term fundamental prospects of IIISL (longer the tenure, longer the uncertainity), so the discount prevails. 11.7% is shorter tenure, 3 yr, which ppl associate lower risk wid. According to my analysis, since Manappuram are even shorter tenure NCDs (400 days, 2 years), perceived risk will be lesser, hence it will not be battered like IIISL. Hence manappuram investors dont be tense.

n e one knows why indiainfo NCD quote 11.90% at 938 & 11.70 at 980 ? why this price difference. as such 11.90% should quote higher. pl. reply

Hi every body SHRI ram 11.60% First issue had promised in prospectus as follows:-

"Interest on application monies received which are liable to be refunded Our Company shall pay interest on application money which is liable to be refunded to ,from the date of realization of the cheque(s)/demand draft(s) or 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the application (being the date of presentation of each application as acknowledged by the Bankers to the Issue) whichever is later upto one day prior to the Deemed Date of Allotment, at the rate of 2.50% per annum. Such interest shall be paid along with the monies liable to be refunded.
AND FURTHER

Company shall pay interest on application money ...from the date of realization of the cheque(s)/demand draft(s) or 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the application (being the date of presentation of each application as acknowledged by the Bankers to the Issue) whichever is later upto one day prior to the Deemed Date of Allotment, at the rate of 7.00% per annum."

But ACTUALLY WE have received ONLY Rs 615 on Rs 500,000
