IPO Grey Market Premium (May, 2017 Messages)

IPO Grey Market is the over-the-counter market where deals are done in-person only among the trusted group of investors. The deals are usually facilitated by the broker in neighborhood. In this market, an investor could sell IPO share or IPO application before the company gets listed on the stock exchange.

IPO Grey Market Premium (IPO GMP) is the premium at which the IPO shares are traded in the grey market. Kostak Rate is the rate at which you can sell the IPO application for a fixed price irrespective to you get IPO allotment or not.

The MD Mr. Kailash himself is a fraud and cheater. In name of BMRDA sites he had cheated many investors in Bangalore and also gone to Jail. God knows where is this company heading to and now its a listed company. Investors be aware of this fraudster.

He collects advance money and register the sites but post the same never develop them and ask for more money from clients for development. I have never seen such a crook in my life. And post 5 years you will find the sites illegal with legal notices knocking your door.. How ???? well he fudge the papers in collusion with Banks and sell them even lawyers would not be able to catch his fudge papers.. be aware of this Kailash Duggal.

There is no matching of name in IPO allotment process. They capture only demat account number and PAN of first or sole holder.
Hence no problem in your case due to slight mismatch in name with PAN..

Yes u can apply through ASBA online. But it depends on your bank. IDBI bank allow all SME shares IPO. But HDFC not. Also not sure for other banks.

Be cautious in one ipo

Avoid mid cap

Sell 10% of mutual fund investment and start sip for 36 months out of withdrawal of funds.

Avoid analyst meet on ipo. They are in the business of making money.

Pl read monkey story in village to understand stock market.
A trader in village buys monkey initially at Rs. 10 and increase price by Rs. 10 everyday. After scarcity of monkey people started buying monkey on the hope that next Day they will sell at a profit and one day trader sold off all his monkey (bought at various price from rs10 onwards) at a price of Rs. 100. Till date village are left with monkey with no buyer for same.

registrar is useless and he should be fined as he is wasting everybody s time.why such registrars are allowded when they cannot cope the issue.
