IPO Grey Market Premium (May, 2013 Messages)

IPO Grey Market is the over-the-counter market where deals are done in-person only among the trusted group of investors. The deals are usually facilitated by the broker in neighborhood. In this market, an investor could sell IPO share or IPO application before the company gets listed on the stock exchange.

IPO Grey Market Premium (IPO GMP) is the premium at which the IPO shares are traded in the grey market. Kostak Rate is the rate at which you can sell the IPO application for a fixed price irrespective to you get IPO allotment or not.

We can analyzed that after many issues we can see activity or views or dialogues is been shared in public domain for the IPO that indicates retail participants are back in this issue.

The only takeaway is whenever retails participants have participated in the issue in last many years issue have given good return on listing day.

I don''t believe in such a rise in GMP of Just Dial. If any one is wanting to buy Just Dial at premium of Rs. 60 I am a seller. Give your number. Sab base less bate hein.

Market is crashed by 400 points. Another downward trend is likely.

If anyone find 40 - 50 Rs. premium on listing then shall exit. If form is getting sold now @ 700 - 800 it is worth. As allotment will be 3 : 1 so a lending of Rs. 2100 - 2400 to buyer.

Based on the bidding till now, the issue is likely to be priced at 520. A discount of 47 on it makes it 473 at which you are getting. Good issue. Go for it. It has no capital expenditure involved and will be in high growth sector for at least next 2-3 years, with mobile internet penetrating a lot.

Just Dial a Good IPO after a long time. Technical analysis in depth doesn''t work. You may have seen the sound technical scripts like MOIL, NMDC, L&T Finance on its listing.

Just Dial Grey market premium - 55 to 65. Take Rs. 55 premium + Rs. 47 discount total = 102 X 25 shares = Rs. 2550 on a application of Rs. 12,400 in 10 - 12 days ie. a return of 20 %

Isn''t it a good bet. Don''t go on technicalities keep that with fundamentalist.
