Why this IPO not subscribed in 2011.
1. In 2011 every investor scare by IPO''s Name, due to RPOWER Case.
2. In 2011 investor not aggressive for IPO''s as well as this time.
3. Third thing and main point, company continues growing every year.

If u have choices with banks always keep rotating banks..example i have sbi and andhra as options i mainly use andhra bank but for normal ipos like sbi life,hdfc life i use sbi a/c.in thoughs ipos hudco,apollo micro,d-mart,rbl bank,bse ltd alwz used andhra and got allotment in them.

Got allotment almost in all top ipos.exept Cdsl,capacite,Dixon...never do applications in same method sometime do online and some time do ipos by filling forms and submit in ur bank.got allotment in rel.nippon,cochin ship,adv enzyme,Au bank,dilip build,and last shankara.

I applied my application through andhra bank.but its sheer luck it got nothing to do with allotments.1 tip i can give to all friends never fill forms in serial numbers.

Galaxy Surfactants IPO:

Company''s first attempt for ipo in 2011 was failed.

If we look at financial nos. for 2009 and 2010, eps was Rs. 15.59 and Rs. 23.55 respectively. Huge increase of Rs. 8 in 2010 before ipo in 2011.

Same way if we look at financial nos. for 2016 and 2017, eps was Rs. 28.97 and Rs. 41.27 respectively. Huge increase of Rs. 13 in 2017 before ipo in 2018.

Clearly looks financial nos. were cooked for 2010 and 2017 for ipo launch in 2011 and 2018 respectively.

Need to study in more details before giving any suggestions on apply or not apply.

Newgen Software:

Avoid this ipo. Buy large cap IT instead of this. Infy looks good at current level. Market is confident in new management. Internal problems between management and founders are gone or not in focus for next 3-4 quarters because most of the board members are appointed indirectly by founders. New management and founders will work together to ensure investors confidence. This will take company in new shape. Sure return of 15 to 20 % within 1-2 quarter. Good dividend is already there

amber is best IPO and company fundamental strong

Amber Enterprises IPO:

Market leader in Room Air Conditioners (RAC). 55% market share in RAC. All big companies like Daikin, Hitachi, LG, Panasonic, Voltas, Whirlpool are in client list.

If we look at financial no then clearly growth is seen in revenues. Also RAC segment have good growth potential in India. In future company will deliver good nos. without any doubt. If we annualized EPS of last 3 years then asking price (P/E) comes to 40 times EPS. P/B comes to 5.64.

Though ipo is fully priced. Market condition is good, company shows constant growth and company is market leader in RAC segment. I suggest to apply with full force. Because of huge demand we will see oversubscription in all categories. I suggest retail investor should apply one lot per application. Though allotment is tough but it will give good return on listing and excellent return in long term. Investors should go long on this. In future it should be another Dixon Technologies but investors should have long term horizon. On listing investors will get minimum Rs. 200 to 300 listing gain.

Only one concern is low profit margin.

No one is replying for ipo (GMP). Nor any positive news. Site (Admin) response is decreasing to the lowest. No one to guide about company (IPO) whether to subscribe, how to analyse etc etc... just manipulation going on. Earlier helped me a lot to understand. now just time pass. no one to guide. Moving to other sites. poor response.

What is current Kostak price for Apollo? Any buyer?

NMDC OFS:

NMDC has just started rally. This is good only for long term. In short term it will give small return. In March 2018 investors will get dividend around Rs. 5 - 6 (tax free). If investor have 1 year of horizon then return will more than 2 FD.

It is recommended to buy this OFS only if available at Rs. 155 (Before retail discount). Don''t go for higher bidding.

Government is offering shares with floor price of Rs. 153.50. They also offer 5% discount to retail investors.

Tomorrow operators may play big game in OFS. This is small size ofs (750 Crore + 750 Crore) . Operators can play game easily. They will take price high around Rs. 160 in the morning . They are selling in intraday at high price 160 or more. Because of high price small investors are also buying from market at high price. After 2-30 pm as soon as OFS time is close they will take price to lower 154-155. Then they will buy from market and settle their intraday position. Small investors will be tapped with high price in this game.

Seems your assessment is your own and not according to the history. In past small ofs like this attracted no interest in the morning but were traded higher at the closing. Go for the histories of REC to NLC . I think all should wait till 2.30 pm then decide what to do. In my opinion this script zoomed from 130 to 162 in about a week. It’s a risky bet so retails investors should buy only the day after tomorrow when the trapped will sell their positions. Always remember in a small ofs don’t hedge your position with f&o instead invest only for long term.
