SahaniAlok	Avoid Full paid promotion. No one went to their office or factories. They are a very small company with 1 room office. Their factory is also very small & they dont have lisence to manufacture drugs on their own name. They can take contract from other small companies & make drugs on their name for them. The company does not own any manufacturing facilities. It is operating on leased factories. Having manufacturing the general products, without any exclusive products. Last 3 years profit only in lacs. Though they inform regarding exports it is only through merchant exporters.
Better to avoid the ipo.

Company has its own manufacturing facilities and as irs under GIDC area its always under 99 years auto renewal lease.. better check laws.
