Avoid

The Price to Earnings is 60 as per the DRHP based on the FY 2022 earnings and I consider this too high a valuation with no listed peers to justify the valuation, also the remuneration drawn by the directors cumulatively is Rs 7/lacs per annum which is totally unjustified.

Avoid

Poor financial aggressively price. Surely not long term stock. Short term depends upon operators. For me clear avoid.

> Company recently started the lab diamonds growth business, prior to this they were just trading diamonds.( It takes a small room to grow Diamonds, Maybe the Ingrown diamonds are just the decoy for the IPO)
> Cut Throat competition in the diamond market.
> Poor EPS despite being a trading company too

Nutshell- Avoid.
