Assets revenue trend is not showing linear growth, PAT also on down scale, surprisingly in yr ending mar 21, 455 cr is good, but before and after that aren't satisfactory. Not only fresh, this combines OFS mean investors money is going to promoters bag, so clear avoid as per me.

OFS is greater than fresh issue is major drawback otherwise good issue but definitely not short term bet, clear avoid who are here for listing gains.
