It will be a blockbuster ipo .Forward pe will be less than 25 which is less compared to its peers .

Avoid

This will under subscribe and LM again will extend the date unless they arrange their own to subscribe. Such a pathetic LM. PE around 400 .so even if the price will be 1/4 still it will come around P/E 100. This year 4 ipo are lead by this LM and 3 are trading 30-60% below to the IPO price .Dont be a fool . They just manipulated one IPO rachana which was undersubscribe and share inreased 5 times which is again p/e around 800. Insane.

Be carefull with this LM.

Avoid

Cash flow negative .Debt increased to 12 cr .financial in very bad state. There is high litigation on this company .Company working mainly in govt sector so regulation problem .Company working in old tech which needs upgradation to survive

Prod : Bussiness is growing .Management is good .LM track record is good.

Cons: Cash flow negative not good for this bussiness.High valuation .Borrowing also increasing .

Avoid

Company improved it's bussiness both bottom and top line and doing well.The LM has good track record .
The major issue is while it's peer are trading at average p/e 4 it's asking price is 50+ that also with the high margin and revenue in current year.So sustainability is very unlikely .So clear cut avoid .

Avoid

The LM is a fraud and scam just looting public money.even the price is reduced to 80 percent still because of this shameless LM this should be big avoid.Global long life and Bhatia Color was handled by this LM and these are the only 2 handled in last 2 month .
