Owners belong to Haldiram clan but decided to give up claim to the name. That tells us about brand value concept of current owners
I would rather be selling in grey. Will take a cover in position if warranted post subscription. GMP does not correspond to fundamentals and visible risk by listing date

Attractive post IPO price by book value ratio of 1.35. In comprasion to listed microfinance companies it is very attractive.
In short term post listing i expect prices to run ahead of fundamentals so that is the reason for short term
