It is possible that your Lien is not yet marked for unblocking.
I used to face same issue with IOB.
You can call ''Jamnagar DP branch of SBI'' or any SBI branch (near to you) that provides depository service and ask them to cancel the Lien (provide them the application number). Officials from Jamnagar DP branch are really helpful and wonderful people.
They might also ask you to send an email (from your registered mail-id) with the same details.
Note:
Most of the officials won''t know about ASBA or IPO. So if you call a branch that doesn''t provide DP service, they will confuse you.

Sakar Healthcare trades at 20 tiles earning and this sh*t ZOTA trades are 40 times earnings.. all IPO investors going to lose hell lot of money in coming years .
