How many lots we have to apply minimum under HNI category ? i can spare 7-8 lakhs easily from my SBA for this IPO , can we apply as HNI through zerodha ? I also have kotak demat , please guide how to apply as HNI.

Retail is maximum 2 lakhs. Anything more you can apply under HNI category.

But the problem is that ALMOST ALL employees/BM/DBM/BRM/RM are intelligent enough to understand the concern.
I myself filled the same form(Third Party DP) and called upon Privy League RM ...But to utmost surprise and frustration after 1 week,the reply from INTELLIGENT RM was ---That backoffice people are saying they have no such option...

Manu if you are a privy league costumer then RM will help you... he tells to open demat wid kotak securities

Zomato issue is planned intelligently, the time issue starts people will get refunds from clean & grill, since big issue they have come earlier

There are 65 lakhs shares reserved for employees. Those who own a two wheeler join the Zomato Delivery team for couple of weeks and apply under employee category. Once you get the shares leave the company.

I will boycott this ipo as it''s promoters are Chinese as well as it destroys restaurant business with predatory pricing. Individual choice but at least retail portion should not be subscribed to make a point.
