Open this file and check the FAQ at no. 10
It says that 5 applications can be made from one account.

I have come accross many persons on this board who have applied on about 7-8 applications, ARE they all are on different persons.

those who have not got the allotment can buy on listing at 155-160 if available....still possible to make some money....

I wish you knew the regulation guiding listing. It will most likely be in 5% bracket and be placed in T2T category being small company unlike Just Dial.

Karvy is definitely a fraud.
I had applied for 1500 shares (2 applications).
Both ZERO shares allotted!!!
Totally 8 applications from my family. Not even 1 allotted.
WILL DEFINITELY COMPLAIN TO SEBI AGAINST KARVY

Do not go and complain. There is no of it except wating your time. The allotment is done by lottery basis..

If you had subscribed for less than 8lots you should get by lottery as subscription is 7.55 times if you don''t get by lottery when subscription is more than 16 times then also lottery is fine.This minimum lot to maximum retail participants is grossly vague. Please lodge complaints at SEBI complain registration website www.scores.gov.in

It''s not fraud but the SEBI Rule that states minimum allotment to maximum shareholders, which is meant to act as an incentive the retail shareholder but grossly against those who apply for more shares.
