I don''t think there is a need to worry as the government in the budget has laid some emphasis on education which should be a positive trigger for Vasa, do not sell in panic even if it lists at par as in the long term it has good prospects.

From Now on don''t except UC on listing, pray to God that it lists at 10 to 15 % premium.
Those who are not alloted, don''t fustrate. You will easily find good stocks in this correction & hold for a month, it will earn you 10/15 % return.

Yes, things will slowly as they were about a Year back.
Only some strong fundamentals will see a UC or 2.
Average ones 10-15% gain, mediocre might be even in discount.
Days of 70-80% gain and doubling tripling will be a days of past. I think it will be a good change. Reduce the unnecessary crowd in SME.

Issue closed on 29th Jan, ....Application submitted to Hem Securities at Jaipur...
Amount blocked on 30th Jan in my Bank...
and Allotment declared on 1st of Feb ..
Is it possible ???

If you buy from Secordary market then you have to have patience! Don''t buy because prices don''t move fast in most of the cases.. You can buy only if you''ve long term plan..

D/E ratio is 3.49.
D/E for last 5 years are almost stagnant (3.49,4.10,3.66,3.61 and 4.12).
Baring this one, everything else is good with Vasa - that''s why we could expect 200x subscription for this very-small issue (4.8crore)
