sysco declared results today. Jonams prediction of topline has come true. Bottomline is less than his expectations due to higher tax outgo.

Eps is 5.87 is it on fully diluted after IPO or is it on total number of shares till 31/Mar/2016?

Also why SME companies are not publishing cashflow statement in results? I want to see whether sysco cashlow situation has improved from last year or not?

What is the reason for today''s UC set lower then yesterdays high and equal to yesterdays closing of 22.76?

Monthly circuit is at 21.84 and since yesterday close was 22.76, the higher of the two will be applicable for today.

With heavy volumes today stock is out of UC and trading around rs 22 today.

Management has issued all the shares to itself @ Rs 50/- and in Dec have issued bonus shares in 1:2 ratio thus effectively bringing their cost of acquisition to Rs, 33.33
Further the Book Value or NAV of the shares on the expanded equity of Rs. 7.95 Crs comes to Rs. 35.20 as on Set 15.
This shows the inherent strength of Sysco and also that by issuing shares @ 10/- to the public that the management has bigger plans for the future. Holding onto ones allotment for atleast one year should give good capital appreciation even if we consider the present price of Rs. 21-23 ( likely on Mon) as our opportunity cost.

Sysco is expected to report a turnover of around 105-110 crs for the full year 2015-16 as against 49 crs for half year Sept 15.
The net profit for the full year after taxes is expected in the region 4-4.25 crs as against 1.84 crs for half year Sept 15 on the expanded equity of 7.95 crs.
This translates into an eps of over Rs. 5/-
For 2016-17 Sysco is expected to do a turnover of around 175 crs with corresponding rise in profit.
Looks like Sysco may see a sustained interest in its stock in days to come.
One Mr Atul Chauhan has bought 1,00,000 shares @ 19,20
He had also bought Fourth Dimension @ 68.40 and Vidli Restaurants @ 17.28

@NKD Sysco is a new entrant on the Exchange and would be reporting an EPS of 5+ for year ended March 16 I would assign a PE between 6-7 translating into a price between Rs.30-35 and as per my talks with Co people the top line for March 17 should be 175 crs and bottom line of minimum 6.5 crs giving it a eps of 8+ . This should translate into a price target of Rs. 50/-
