Its lead manager Mark Corporate has very very bad reputation.
It has 3 duds in a row.

Wow ...! 2 years back this construction company was appointed for our building redevelopment project,after completing every legal process at the end they failed to execute the project also( verious reason) also failed to give us proper bank guarantee.
I don't know current condition but at that time horrible company.

Wahaa Lodha Developers jaisa badaa player 2 mahine se soch raha hai k IPO laye, lekin dates bataa hi nahi paa raha hai. Aur yahaa ye aa gaye, real estate sector mein IPO laa ke. And that too at such high PE with the help of cooked up financials.

1) Godha cabon issue price 33 is now at 30 rs 10% loss
2) tasty diariesss issue price 45 rs is now ar 34 rs. loss of more than 25%
3) MP today - issue price 66 rs even after 1 year its at 58 rs. mind yuo think stock fallen from 175 to 58 rs

so track record speaks it can be judged as the most worst lead manager with not even 1 success rate

If a lead manager track record is good that also means he is selecting good established company . Isn't it?
