STERLING & WILSON SOLAR LIMITED IPO Latest Subscription Figures as on Day 3 (Last Day) @ 03:00PM QIB (NSE + BSE) = 0.89X HNIs (NSE + BSE) = 0.77X RIIs (NSE + BSE) = 0.27X TOTAL (NSE + BSE) = 0.74X Subscription Numbers not up to the Mark. Very poor Response from Investors due to very very aggressively priced. Face Value 1/- Rupee and asking price was 780/- per share. Its too higher price. I am not applying.
Promotors are trying to trap some more RII , so they that they can reach 90 percent subscription number for issue to sail through.. Retail - withdraw your application and save your money..
seems Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has refiled DRHP . There is an advertisement in Financial Express. Earlier approval was to expire on 10 th August 2019 ?

@ Pratik Pawala In Current Market Conditions By taking Risk & Applying this IPO there should be Subscription Minimum QIBs atleast more then 2X & HNIs atleast more then 5X
In few ipo name of the promoters are good enough to sail through... Shapoorji, Godrej, hdfc-Deepak parekh, Tata grp never gave negative return to investors.. Very investor friendly grps.. They leave your pie of profit on table. Big name, good business model and 40%growth rate company is offering @19pe..is it costly? Very fair valuation market will give min 25 pe for blue hip investment stock so people will have 20% profit. Firm allotment so.if you invest 1lac, min 20k profit can be made.. Check my posts for rail Vikas or indiamart... Many have avoided and I have suggested to apply. Do not see premium and apply.
Forget abt subscription part... Qib and nii will be subscribed... NII Mistry will fill on personal capacity and Qib always interested for long term.. 10%quota for retail only if that is not subscribed then it will go to nii. no floating stock in market.. Easily 900price is manageable for this Ipo. Go for full application if Qib more than 3 times.
