Spice has done pre - IPO placement to Lehman Brothers and other investors. No of shares issued 2.5 crores @ Rs 45.

basically this is in Karnataka and punjab. AFAIK, it is not the prime provider in either states.. but for sure,, it will be aquired by other top telecom giants..
i think Idea cellulr is the first predator in the news..
