I had applied for 900 shares for snowman logistics and not allotted any shares. But till date I have not received the refund inspite of have account in nationalized bank. I called several times and they told it will come in a cheque. till now nothing has come. Its been more than a month now.
I sent 3 mails to sll.ipo@linkintime.com. No response. Are these guys cheating us or what?

I was issued a cheque for my refund but it got returned from the post-office. where should i contact for refund.

I didn''t receive refund of Snowman Logistics till today i.e. 18/9/2014. Even I have tried to reach Linktime but did not get any response. Can anybody help me in this regard ?

As the IPO was oversubscribed Company chose to do most scandalous allotment process allotting share to their own people/ registrars and others.All investors must approach SEBI for this. I applied for 4200 shares and expected minimum of 100 shares but was allotted none. Same way I applied for 4200 in the name om son but getting none. Case of enquiry by SEBI. They have cheated all individual investors.

Snowman Logistics'' issue size is about Rs 200 crore so its single-day gains are capped at 5 per cent due to circuit filters introduced by Sebi. The stock will belong in the trade to-trade segment for ten days and trades can only happen with delivery.

i heard this news on tv some 5/6 months ago...why this norm of l ll ...why not same to all,all knows small price ipo lists heavily then higer prise in compare...

I think the idea is that if the company has not been around for long, and has not been steadily making at least moderate profits, then such a stock is risky, and thus more participation should be invited from more mature investors.

Given the number of bogus and fraudulent companies what have done their ipos in the last 4 years or so, I personally feel that this is a good thing.

please let me know anyone in the forum here ..... how to complain against IPO allotment process .....

I''m not sure about how to complain, but what exactly in the allotment process do you want to complain about?
