I didn''t understand one thing. What is the point of doing business if a business cannot generate profit more than bank interest rate. I calculated debtors days for previous years, it is coming to 90 days. Even considering cash flow, this business is not generating 4% per annum. I guess this business is meant to give very high salaries to family members,not for investors like us.
True that, and like you I too don''t see any meaningful benefits of amortization here, as the growth parameter is missing (Let aside the aberration, ie - last two quarters). I don''t know what the current capacity utilization is, but they don''t seem to be in a hurry to expand either. No big plans, no opportunities, no diversification, Its a "Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi" type of business to provide Rozi Roti for a few. Not worth bothering for investors...
