One thing for sure, they dont need money for any business since they already have business running with around 50% utilization and still profitable. Always OFS is not a bad thing. They run business and they look for profits which is ultimate goal for everybody

I am not supporting promoters but i think they are doing same thing as other IPOs.

But you know this is good profitable company with clear visible earnings unlike others. and although its small cost item manufacturer they are clearly used in most common things like ( 2 wheelers, Cars, Home appliances) which always have good sales and demand going forward so business tend to increase for sure

Note: I have 3 SJS , 1 Fino. 2 PB fintech and applied for HNI in Sapphire foods and i dont work in SJS
