Dear friends, Sharda IPO was alloted By Karvy to the retail investors violating SEBI guidelines. As per SEBI guidelines "Allotment to the retail investors is done on proportionate basis as per claNo- 7.6.1 of SEBI guidelines". Complain have been registered against Sharda IPO registrar. The drop of gray market premium of Shemaroo may be the reason.

karvy and intimelink should be banned from ipo registration.....

I sold at 265 so 109 profit per share :)

All those who sold their shares @ 230...bad news....a day''s wait would have yielded you a lot more....

Can I off STCL (Loss) which was from sell of listed shares with this script profit( I have doubt since this purchase was from IPO).

Yes u can set-off STCL from the Gain from Sharda IPO without any second thought.No matter purchase is from primary(IPO) or secondary market.
