When the company's books are closed - You can do the trading but, the delivery will be done after the closing period.

I have one more question.Will be very grateful, if you can answer this.
If a company's books are closed for transfers for the purpose of AGM.I cant sell/buy stock during that closure period?
Will the price of that company fluctuate during that period?
Kindly reply, if anyone have any idea about this.

They think we are fool.
Look at the Co features:
* Achived turnover of just 24 Cores
* Profit only 2.4 Crores

Now planning to raise money of 114 crores or say 11400 Lacs

Dont invest in this scrip & be smart peopls

Indiabulls Realty arm Indiabulls Power has filed draft red herring prospectus with SEBI, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting NewsWire18.

Indiabulls Power will offer 34 crore shares via this issue and will have green shoe option as well. The company is planning to raise around Rs 1500-1600 crore for its power projects.

Indiabulls Real Estate's stake in the company will fall from 71% to 57% post issue. Indiabulls Power's networth will increase from Rs 2400 crore to approximately Rs 4000 crore.
