Is their any SEBI Circular for don''t apply IPO more than one in third party account?

ex. Block my bank amount for IPO for third party (friend pancard, and cdsl no, but bank detail is mine and blocked amount in my account)

IN Indigo IPO HDFC bank rejected my two application and said as per sebi rule you don''t apply in third party account.

But after that Indigo ipo, Home First Finanace ipo they accepted my third party applcation and blocked amount from my hdfc bank .

why this differences in this two IPOs from HDFC bank.
please share the sebi circular for this matter.

The same happened to me where I got an allotment of 2 applications in HFFC with 3rd party ASBA applications while Indigo Paints 3rd Party ASBA applications did not get any allotment so I checked with Linkintime Mumbai office as per them any Third-party application (ASBA / UPI) will be rejected by them as per SEBI circular. But on another side, KFintech is still giving allotment in 3rd party ASBA applications. So no clarity on the rule side but for any IPO with Linkintime as registrar third-party ASBA applications will be rejected for sure!!

So the moral of the story is please avoid 3rd party applications to increase chances of allotment!!

BUT IN INDIGO THEY ACCEPTED MY THIRD PARTY APPLICATION, IN NIGHT THEY CALL AND TOLD ME THIRD PARTY NOT ACCEPTED . REJECTED BY BANK NOT BY LINK IN TIME OR KRVY

ITS DEPEND ON THEIR MOOD FOR ACCEPTENCE(HDFC BANK)

Irfc ka discount listing dekhake ho sake isme retailers jyada participate na kare...

Whether good or bad, they are the first one to apply on day 1 itself

IPOs को 2020 में मिली सफलता से उत्साहित कम से कम दो दर्जन कंपनियां वर्ष 2021 में IPO लाने जा रही है। कल्याण ज्वैलर्स 1700 करोड़ रुपये का IPO लाने की योजना में है। वहीं, सूर्योदय स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक 400 करोड़ रुपये का IPO लाएगी। इसी तरह ESAF स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक का 1000 करोड़ रुपये का IPO आएगा। लक्ष्मी ऑर्गेनिक इंडस्ट्री 800 करोड़ तो क्राफ्ट्समैन ऑटोमेशन 180 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने के लिए IPO लाएगी।

इन कंपनियों के IPO भी पाइपलाइन में

Barbeque Nation 1000 से 1200 करोड़ रुपये तो रेलटेल 700 करोड़ रुपये का IPO लाएगी। इनके अलावा NSE, श्याम स्टील, अन्नाई इंफ्रा डेवलपर्स, NCDEX, बजाज एनर्जी लिमिटेड, Powerica Limited, SAMHI होटल्स, HDB Financial Services, TCIL, Studds Accessories, जोमैटो, ग्रोफर्स, नर्मदा बायोकेम लिमिटेड जैसी दर्जनों कंपनियों के IPO वर्ष 2021 में लॉन्च होने के लिए पाइपलाइन में हैं।
