Neotrade in this market only those ipo will be spared and ipo qhich are fared and better pe than its competitors. This ipo will be beaten down heavily .reasons kwality and heritage foods are cheaper than this company. Infact they are available at pe of less than 20. Hatsun agro is thrice the size of prabahat so cannot be compared. Fair value of stock is 60 rs and it will come to its fair value .

If markets are benign...this issue should see some decent pop...I hear that a lot of good quality domestic institutional investors have participated in the book...for the long term it definitely remains a compelling story!!!

And well allotment is guaranteed in this issue :) since it did not hit the 100% mark!!! So...Cheers...Let the milk help the money flow!!!

Today there is news of alternate source of milk production with cloning. If that is succesful it is even more bad news for prabhat. Anyway in this market condition wherein everone from foreign investors ti retailers will sell on listing and it will not find buyers. Stock will be below 80 rs in 3 months.

Did anybody consider the EPS dilution that will come due to increase in number of shares of the fresh issue of equity shares fr 20.5 million to 26.5 million shares? So, realize the price reduction doesn''t necessarily will reduce the PE by same quantum.

Minimum Subscription
If our Company does not receive (i) the minimum subscription of 90% of the Fresh Issue and (ii) for at least 25% of the post-Issue Equity Share capital of the Company in terms of Rule 19(2)(b)(i) of the SCRR, including devolvement of Underwriters, if any, within 60 days from the date of Bid/Issue Closing Date, our Company shall forthwith refund the entire subscription amount received. If there is a delay beyond the prescribed time, our Company shall pay interest prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI Regulations and applicable law.

I have also good experience of Ipo. I got my stock Colgate Palmolive in 1978 through
IPO. I am in stock market since last 36 years becaof some investor friendly company like Tata group, Colgate, Hul, Murugappa group.

During the listing it may be manipulated. So be careful. Wait for sometime and let it find a solid base and then buy. Below 90 should be good for long term.

Infact they extended the time as company did not have confidence on whether even .75 subacription would remain this much .infact I think many cheque would be cancelled. Sebi ahd also chk if subacription goes below .75 after cancellation of cheque what will happen in that case. Even if this ipo would have subscribed 40 times I would still say it doea not deserve to stay at thia level and would come at its fair value.it is like reliance power and dlf expensive stock.decreasing profit yoy and fair value is 20 pe hence come fair value of around 50 to 60 rs

Not even fully subscribed and paid stooges started throwing dirt might be out of anger becatheir commission might have got hurt. Let us wait for 10 business days approx and see the listing price.

Prabhat has successfully got 75% subscription. Its Primary issue portion is 100% subscribed. Now company will repay its long term debt and invest in marketing and branding. Issue got such big success in very volatile market due to faith shown by good investors in Company. Very Great!!!

Issue is successful and investors will get assured return.

Haha people who are so happy with .75 subscription should be laughibg at themselves. Infact this stock will be easily available at discount and those who are so happy for what.there aree no fundamental ronw profit margin for this company yey they are asking for pe of 55 .Are you fools. Lets see how much profit u make in short or long term. Remember f1 are selling heavily and they will do same for this ipo as well and thre will be no saviour. Infact at these times when market are going down invest in good sme. Check these list which are available very cheap stocks with great potential. Ambition mica, loyal equipments, jiya eco products, supreme india impex, momai apparels. Why not buy these where there are no f1 holdings and are safe bet in this market

Fully agree with you. Had this IPO come a month ago or before.. it would have been a grand hit. But the current downtrend in market had the investors re-think about it. Seems there were lots of cancellations. I will be curious to know how much it will list on the listing day. Would be shocked if it gives any gains. I cancelled mine last minute and would look at buying it at a discounted price post listing.(hopefully)

As the markets are in turmoil, it is not advisable to invest in IPO this time.
I dont understand, if the IPO is so good why reduce price, why extend timeline and then why extend time for retail till 6PM.
