To BallyNian, Hi, Hemant from Rajkot. As per my knowledge, generally registrar sent refund according to DP's information. On every refund order bank account no is also printed. I think that you might have given your personal account no in DP's HUF Account details. So everytime you face the problems. Check your personal as well as HUF demat account's bank details. If there is any mistake, correct it and re-submit same to DP. You will not face same problem again.
For your problem I suggest you to contact Karvy. I cut a saction from their website & paste here as below. I hope you get proper guidance from that.

I have one dmat a/c in the name of my HUF and I applied for IPO's in the name of my HUF but the refund Vouchers being sent by the registrars are in my personal name and as such I have to face problem in encashing the cheques every time I have to give an undertaking to the bank and then get the cheque cleared in my bank account. What i have to do in the matter so that I can get the cheque in my HUF's Name. kindly note Application submitted in the name of HUF, Cheque issued from HUF shares allotted also credited in my HUF's demat a/c. What I have to do ? Kindly advise if u people can ?
The refund cheque was sent with bank account number and the bank account was closed by the bank due to non operational status. Actually, before the DP account could be linked with another bank account, refund was despatched. Do I need to send this refund warrant back to Karvy and request for ECS / reissue warrant again? How to do this and whom to contact ? Please help.

I read your case, from the information you provided I can only say that you should contact Registrar of the issue, i.e. Kavry Consultancy. Website address is www.karvy.com. After getting the website, select registrar option and find suitable option for complaining. or you can talk directly them on their tall free no also. That no is also available on website. Only they can provide you proper guidance.
Hello friends ...i need a help from you ... I applied for the powergrid IPO and also got allotment of 286 shares against 1875 but there is a problem..i had put my name and my bank account details but in the place of my individual demat account details by mistake i had put the demat account details of my HUF account now thr problem is i got the shares in my HUF account but my refund has yet not come through ECS :( i think it must be because my bank account name must not be matching with the check or ECS details ie they must have send the refund in XYZ HUF name while my bank account details and number is in the name of XYZ so i have still not received the refund....plzzz help me whom should i contact for this i am from Mumbai
