Today Global market is positive and hence the listing of Medplus and Nupur may be fantastic. One should give some time to this script as
Metal recycling company CMR Green Technologies has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the domestic market regulator, Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), for an initial public offering (IPO). At the time of this IPO, rerating of Nupur is possible. Secondly EV Charging station in and around Delhi is in full swing. All these factors making Nupur is interesting.

All the best for listing… Don’t sell in rush.. this will give good returns in short term. Keep an eye on buyers/sellers ration and keep on holding. Exit when the ratio doesn’t look comfortable. 👍

I will be getting good allotment in this ipo but will not keep a single share of Nupur post pre opening on listing date for the following reasons:
1. Company was incorporated in January 2019 with a paid-up capital of Rupees One lakh and for Fy20 the turnover and profits were Rs 1307 lakh and Rs 3 lakh respectively.
2.Income tax paid i.e. advance tax included for FY 21 is only Rs. 34.37 lakh while PAT is Rs 10 crs and for 3 months 30th June 21 the tax is Rs.0.87 lakh only while PAT is Rs.6.64 crs.
3. Profit of 10 crs in fy 21 invested in Omaxe Ltd
4.Profit of 6.64 crs in June 21 given as loan.
5.Now the interesting part: This accumulated profit of 16.64 crs is utilised for issuing bonus shares to the promoters in the ratio 1:1509 and the initial paid up capital of Rs 1 lakh turns into Rs 15.10 crore
6.The biggest customer for the company is Nupur Metal sharing the same address
7.Total fixed asset is 12 lakh
8.Total employee strength is 7
9. End of the day the Company is a scrap dealer and commodity prices were on the increase from May 20 till August 21 which now has cooled down considerably.
10. There is no moat or advantage so the reason to hold and stay invested does not make sense.
11. People may be led to believe that the future is very bright etc need to think again and find an answer as to why one should remain invested.
12. I for one do not see any reason why this qualifies as a portfolio stock.
13. People are looking to sell following the greater fool theory so please do exercise caution.
14. All the above are taken from the Prospectus and one can verify.

It''s good like u such weak heart should get out early so that in future their will be less liquidity and only strong hands will be in counter.
Best of luck, but all your blabbering looks fake.

It is not necessary that low liquidity will always lead to increase in value. One may be stuck in the stock with no transactions happening. Once more and more newer SME IPOs come in or one/two bad quarterly performance, people may lost interest in this company and holder may be stuck in the stock, Be cautious....,,more so in the current environment.

Check NSE Nupur, QIBs purchased 11 lakh shares in Nupur.
So more will be coming to buy Nupur on listing that too for medium to long term.

@ lokes , since third party applications are not allowed ,I have went to the bank to cancel the same he said he will look into do whaat he can ,
I don''t know whether he will cancel or not

My doubt is what will happen if I apply two applications with same pan no ,one using third party asba (existing application subject to cancel by banker )and another upi of the same holder through zerodha.

It means third party applications were not rejected here. No idea on what basis these registrars are deciding, may be after consulting with company/LM etc.

As many brokers don''t give option for SME IPO on their portal, hence no one can deny third party asba. I had applied third party asba thru SBI and got allotment.

Listing on 23rd. Shares are credited in account. Listing price 98, followed by Upper Circuit at 102.90/-. Markets are stabilizing. May reach 125 in 5-10 trading session.

Chances of listing above 100 are quite high (80% chances).
