Get 1 lot ,after applying last several se ipo since September 2022,since it was very lucrative GMP, and highly oversubscribed. I was very happy yesterday ,even feeling lucky after getting one lot credited in my DP. But now I sold the lot at 125.15 at loss of more than 22K.

The listing gets preponed, inspite of heavy subscription the discovery price is 15% lower...it's free trading in a tight band since morning..all these signs clearly indicate this is being controlled completely by the operators in conjunction with promoters..take calls as per your risk taking appetite...could surprise at either end in the days to come.

Sold with nominal loss..
No enthusiasm in buyers on first day.
Such companies will keep coming from time to time.. be prudent and vigilance.
Although wasn't convinced by company profile but got trapped by GMP.. that was running from promoters only.
That's SME. Sometime its better to booked a mere loss.. that loss will remind you the lesson.

From this it's difficult to understand Share Market. Members like you also traped in this and booked loss. Not bad, booked loss timely. So, difficult for common investors to understand sub2 and oversubscription figures before applying.

@PKRAJ: i applied here just because of gmp even it was clearly visible as bad financials company and neither sector/future outlook was looking good but i was not allotted here so luckily i didn't had to book any loss here....i was not allotted in moxsh and arihant....and was allotted in uma , homesfy and rbm infracon....

Today is the last day of stock market in 2022.
At the outset I am not for education sector stock, whether good or bad.
But, if you analyse the best performing SME stocks of 2022, you will find DD Sir avoid in most of them (specially top one).
Having said that one thing is for sure that DD sir advice has paid handsomely in long run (though few exceptions are there).

Classic way of killing retailers ... A common trait when there is extreme participation of retailers ... We will have everyday LC buyers will come at 90 ... My assumption is promoter/operators/marketmaker played here sold their own holding which they own at cheaper rates

Applied 6 retail lots. Thank God ek bhi nahi laga.

Henceforth apply only those sme ipos which are oversubscribed more than 300 times on the last day at 2PM because 100 times ipos can easily befool if just see gmp.
