Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited to list on September 11, 2007

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Tuesday, September 11, 2007 the equity shares of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd (Scrip Code: 532892) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group.

The equity shares of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (Symbol: MOSL) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. September 11, 2007. Trading shall be in the Normal Market segment - Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.

The major shareholders include Navin Agarwal, New Vernon Private Equity Ltd and Bessemer Venture Partners Trust.

The company issued shares at an issue price of Rs.825 Per share (Face Value of Rs.5/- and Premium of Rs.820).

The ISIN Code of the company is INE338I01019.

The Registrar to the issue is Intime Spectrum Registry Limited.

Every broker or franchisee of Motilal Oswal has been offered at least 250 shares just before IPO. I am also a customer of MOFSL. When I came to know that, I contacted my broker to purchase it off-market before IPO but he refused me to say that he has already done off-market sales just when shares are credited in his account at premium of Rs.250. I have also contacted few more brokers of MOFSL from different places. All of them are giving almost the same excuse or trying to avoid the sale to customer. Later on, I found that there is a rumour in the market that brokers have not sold any of such stock in the market & they are still with them. They want a premium of atleast Rs.450 per share, otherwise they are ready to hold them as allmost all of them are thinking that the stock will touch Rs.2000 within 6 months from now...
So, friends just hold your investment if you want to believe it.
Moreover, I want more comments in this regards, as I want the proper reason why all of the brokers are saying no to sale. MOFSL brokers are open to comment here... please...

Here in Chennai they are buying for even 1050rs(premium of 225rs)...Many missed the gr888 oppurtunity bcauz of volatile market condition at that time....But now everything is alright....May list at 1000 and go to 1100 levels on the same day...Dont sell to any one for even 200 rs premium
