I also observed same yesterday and was wondering if there is any way we can buy SME index. Because Getting allotment is becoming very challenging. Or if there is any MF which invests heavily in SMEs?

I have Sharekhan online trading account. It allows you to buy and sell SME shares. However, site does not support for applying SME IPO. You can do the same through your online Banking portal or send the physical ASBA form to your bank

Sunder Ji, you mean you can buy and sell listed SME IPOs without calling Sharekhan customer care or without visiting their branch?

For example, Cadsys SME IPO is already listed and I got one lot allotted, but now I want buy more on that, will Sharekhan let me buy that online from their account or I have to call them for additional buying or to sell existing lot?

Also how are the regular services of Sharekhan, are you satisfied?

Yes. You can buy and sell shares through online options. You also have calling options which is useful when network is down etc. (both are available).
I am from Hyderabad and I am very much happy with their service.
