if only all people can think, this issue should have been a big flop. Reliance power was issued at 450 Rs but still people subscribed heavily. Even today it is at 55 Rs after 8 years.

So do not expect that all people think correctly and subscribe.

GMR Infra is another infra company which was a craze at one time. It was at 240 Rs when it was at its peak Today it is around 15.

MEP must be having some assets but if market conditions are not good, these stocks will tank very badly. Not sure if there will be any listing gains as market is already in correction mode and shedding the fat.

IMO, MEP will list at a huge discount.
