Values look high... Also they are not consistent with Profit..Also Total Assets does not provide high confidence... Yes growing business but not sure if we should invest at such high price

Face value is 5. So the asking price for Face value of 10 is Rs 1970 which seems very costly for a company which was loss making 2 quarters back. Also it is not the leader in this space. They have competition from various other entities in the same space like Shaadi.com, jeevansathi.com etc. Though retail investors are given a good discount of around 10%, Rs 98 on the issue price, Still I would avoid this issue.

One of the main revenue stream in Matrimony services is ''assisted services''. When people use company''s sales executive''s help in prospecting brides/grooms and setting up meetings in person. For continued and credible services Matrimony.com would require office spaces.
Otherwise the business is anyhow functioning online with participants acting on themselves.

Price band aprox 975 - 982. Having face value rs. 5. Very costly issue.

IMO...No one paying any charges initially and availed free service. Now people started paying money. Good growing business all together.

Wait till until some one posted PE and EPS and price band

Should be priced in the range of Rs 220 230 for face value ofRs.5.00

Not so good but can decide after price band announcement.

Loss making company. Posted profit just before ipo. 3 out of 5 times , it posted loss.
