its not ipo, co is already listed in CSE thats the reason they are able to get approval.

During Reliance Power issue outcry I came to know that If FV is less than 5 than price band should me more than 500.
Than how come its 140-160?

The company's metal packaging products include crowns, roll-on pilfer-proof closures, expanded polyethylene liners as well as push-open and other metal containers. In the fast moving consumer goods segment, Manaksia outsources mosquito repellents to Mortein (owned by Reckitt Benckiser (India) Limited) and Maxo (owned by Jyothy Laboratories) brands. Some of its Clients are Hindusthan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited, Mc Dowell Group, Eveready Industries, Dabur and Anmol. The company has 15 manufacturing units in India and three abroad (two in Nigeria and one in Ghana). Its subsidiary in Ghana is 'Dynatech Industries Ghana Limited' and in Dubai Manaksia has 'Euroasian Ventures FZE'. Manaksia has now diversified into the production of aluminium rolled products, secondary specification aluminium alloys and galvanised steel.
Manaksia will post a PAT of 130 cr FY08. The EPS stands out at RS.21, PE works out to be 7.5 which is damm cheap.. The main business of the company is Mfg and exporting Galvanised Alumunium roofing sheets which accounts for 70% of the Top and bottom line.. A very good long term story must subscribe..

I must contibute in making you all aware of this company. This group has set-up in Kolkata (For Battery), Hyderabad & Silvassa (for Crown). Also they have set-up in Nigeria. The company in recent past very much dependent on the company's like PEPSI and BEER company......AND see their objective !!!.

Best way is to link their business with the trend in beverage industry (CSD-Carbonated Soft Drinks)...

At least I am not going to apply for it.
