Market may not correct,but a of companies are fly by night operators which want to collect money from innocent investors and get away.This is nothing new.It was there 20 years back too,especially when market was bullish.We have to be careful while investing.

the operational profit in Fy 17 is not 5cr but much lower. If u see DRHP, an exceptional item of about 3.57 cr has been added to show higher NP. The actual operational profit is around 2cr on an equity of 20 cr post ipo ie. EPS of 1.00

I think Only one or two member can not build pressure on SEBI have the matter inquired by it,we all should voluntarily make complaint to the SEBI mentioning application number of Total Transport Ipo. I have already made complaint to SEBI in this regards. I request others to do the same.

And normal People Will Not Get allotment except Insiders

Pantomath & Hem securities now a days coming with high premium SME IPO, and still only inside circles are getting allotment, thanks to manuplation done registrar of issue, every body should write letter to SEBI to take action on Registrar & Lead Manager
