As per Chittorgarh write up the company has currently 2 manufacturing plants in india (Mahad) and third one is being set up by the subsidiary company. Nothing about foregin plants. Please clarify

This issue is good at one parameter Money collected from the Public will be used for the expansion of the business and increasing manufacturing capacity. The only thing odd is the name of the company. From the name, it looks like a lala firm. Let''s see how much they ask for.

But, see the performance of the company for last three years is going reverse. They are not improving profits are going down. see figures:
