there are so many people praising this IPO. Can they explain to me.1)PE over 100.2)profit is falling @20%.3)issue mainly to retire the debt. 4)fair competition from peers .5) fruitful outlay of ipo funds not clear.6)tradename domino is owned by foreign co., which will suckoff the profits.7)huge rental, operating ,advt etc. expenses.8)may not be able to pay dividend.9)still the issue price is 135-145.

Hi,

My all the predictions was 100% accurate. Three times I have sold NHPC @ 35/50 because I know it will not go more than 35/50 – 36/-. Because Govt. has already LOOTED the public at maximum rate. Govt. don’t want that public should be in profit or he should take there money back. Now, Govt. is planning to bring FPO in REC, NTPC, NMDC at maximum rate so that there may be much more loss in these FPO’s. Happy loss to those who have applied in nhpc (Nahi Hai Public Company) and who are planning to apply for these FPO’s.

Dont buy it.

Reason:
1. They want to list in BSE so they can prepay loans (they are unable to pay loans )
2.The profit margin is very low
2.1 The lease/rent is too high
2.2 Operating cost is high bcoz of high salary,Maintenance(AC),
2.3 More competition in market.
2.4. Still it will take long for indians to get used to eating Pizza like US (We still eat chapati/wada pav and only occassionally pizza)
2.5 They have to share their profit with Parent chain Dominos (I dont think they will be left with money to post as profit)

3 If they dont deliver in 20 mins people will order Pizza from Pizza hut,Smoking jones or will eat wada Pav
4. The reason for listing they have nowhere mentioned they they want to expand they just want to pay their loans from people money
