More of an unheard company but go to the website of the company and have a look at the projects completed, projects in hand, and the financial....i would grade it 3.5/5.0 and not 2.0/5.0 as done by the rating agencies.....Go ahead and buy lots....will appreciate

Grade 2/5...........better stay away......can get cheaper after listing like brigade, mankasia, empee,?Precision,Renaissance, Rathi bars, IVR Prime, Purvankara
