J Kumar Infraprojects to list on February 12, 2008

The equity shares of J.Kumar Infraprojects Limited (SymboL JKIL) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. February 12, 2008. Trading shall be in the Normal Market segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Tuesday, February 12, 2008 the equity shares of J.Kumar Infraprojects Limited (Scrip Code: 532940) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of ‘B’ Group of Securities.

The company issued shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 120/- (Face Value: Rs 10 per share, Premium: Rs 110 per share) in the recently concluded IPO.

The ISIN Code of the company is INE576I01014.

Karvy Computershare Private Limited is the Registrar to the issue.

my dp a/c shows the value of jkil as 10 rs, what the hell does that mean , i am a subscriber for speed.nsdl where i can see my full lot of shares in my a/c .. is some mistake... or has the jkil already listed when is the excess money refund?????
