SO DONT COMPARE IT WITH PASHARVNATH ETC BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS IN ONLY COMPETITION WITH IVRCL..

IF IVRCL IS GETTING 15 Rs lower than IRB is only 10 rs. Lower.


if AFTER 2 Years of issue IVRCL is able to get 460/- share value with an capital base 6400 crore as maximum value it touch is 575/-

THAN IMAGINE that with 6800 crore of capitalisation wat IRB value will reach no doubt it will cross 500/- in Near term and 800/- in Medium term.

So, Again Recommending Stay invested and dont go by Rumors.

Sure get very very good Returns.

Cheerp up this budzet has sepecifically Declared that Infrastructure sector will be Given Previlaged and as for as infrastrastuctre is concerned their are only two companies in Market this Time .

One is IVRCL

another is IRB INFRASTRUCTURE

IVRCL have already invested his capital & no more capital to acquire big projects. Current price of IVRCL share is around 480/-

IRB INFRASTRUCTURE has collected so large amount of capital recently and Bigger projects will be acquired by it only.

Soon this share will boom up and touch near 500/- .

Dont go through Rumours by bluddy unqualified and Frustrated People.

Just purchase this stock as Much u can at any price. IF u r getting it a lower price today than treat is as oppurtunity.

As per previous Recommendation it touch new high of 214 today.

go by market cap its market cap is coming more than 6500 crore with current market price which is very expensive.
Even larger players like parsvnath who have utilised most of the money and have profits creeping in are quoting at less market cap of 5000 crore.
Again I maintan irb will fall now as it has issued shares to promoters at 77 rs check urself and they are looking correct price to exit.will exit soon now.

Dear Friends. EXit out of it and instaed buy Parsvnath Developers,omaxe,hdil or smaller player supreme infra is best as its small size issue and anyone can buy 50 crore issue whereas there will be liquidity problem in buy irb which is 1000 cr issue.

As all infra stocks are flying today,just have a look at d IRB infrastructure.......
AS it has been considered as successful bidder for the Surat-Dahisar BOT proj...Most probably d company will win dis order...
So stay invested for the target of Rs.255.

Irb Infrastructure Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that: "We have received an official communication from the National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") by way of a Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") dated February 21, 2008 whereby NHAI has accepted our Price Bid and has declared us as the "successful bidder" for the Surat - Dahisar BOT project involving the six-laning of the existing four-lane Surat - Dahisar section of NH 8 from k.m. 263 to k.m. 502 (an aggregate length of 239 k.m.) ("the Project"). The Company is required to confirm its acceptance of this LOA within seven (7) days from the date of issue of this LOA. Thereafter, the Company is required to execute the concession agreement for the Project within forty five (45) days from the date of issue of the LOA". Date: 2008-02-25

Can anybody tell me how to go if neither refund nor shares are received for IRB till date, inspite of firm allotment.
