Gov. Has postponed SAIL sale.It stops IPOs when rate falls and starts crying that it is unable to carry out stakesale in PSUs or disinvestment target is not achieved.
Secondly, it is better to think and talk of issues coming in Oct ,instead of those expected after 3-4 months.

The Biggest Good Thing about this IPO is Gujarat Florochemicals Limited(Listed in NSE/BSE) is a holding 75% in this company and Another Peer for this company is Suzlon Energy which is clocking Lower circuits day by day.

Many Wind Power Companies are running under loss, due to Government withdraws Tax Exemptions benefit.

Usually most buyers are Celebrities and Institutions. Due to IT Exemptions withdraw by Government no one wants to Invest in wind power companies.

Big Companies like Suzlon lost the market share. Suzlon was trading at Rs.2250/share but today''s price Rs.82 (Calculation of Face @ Rs.10/share).

Another big company Regen Powertech is running under loss.

Considering Industry Risk, it''s risk to invest in Wind Power IPO
