It is the only company subscribed 12 times by employes and ipo is open for expansion... So keep investing...

My broker is smc..
Amount deducted from my bank but share are not shown in dmat .. and i didn''t get any message from nsdl/cdsl...what to do..please guide...

May be SMC will not support SME Platform. First make sure your Demat is with nsdl or cdsl. Max it will be cdsl. Register with cdsl on cdsl website you can check your demat holdings there. Ask your broker to place an order instead of you. Other wise transfer those shares to another Demat of yours or your family member. For ex: zerodha,hdfcsec etc., Will support.

I did and you could have noticed it as it has a ''launch'' sign at the end... But, if you check the CAGR and other financial parameters, you can easily figure out that it''s a MULTIBEGGER gem!
Approx 40% of NSE money volume was in trading of Innovative today... Approx 40% total shares of Innovative got delivered today so most of the retailers are out... It''s been standing SOLID and should give awesome returns in short as well as long term...
MRF has its own repo and fundamentals but INNOVATIVE also have EVERYTHING to become a leader in tyre industry... It''s the FIRST SME IPO in this industry...

What a mistake by retailers... And all are bought above the price..
So wait it give huge response...

It is good ipo.. but the situation is spoiled by listing gain retailers...
It will give good gain if hold very under priced issue

EVEN THOUGH LOOK AT OTHER MIDCAPS,SMALL CAP THEY ARE UP MORE THAN 10 PC

I THINK IT WILL, BECAUSE OF SPECULATIVE ACTIVITY.
EVEN MAINLINE IPO ARE OFFERED AT HEFTY VALUATION, THEN ALSO THEY LIST AT PREMIUM (RECENT EXAMPLE PRATAP SNACKS, ICICI LOMBARD & SBI LIFE).
I THINK THERE IS EUPHORIA OF IPO''S . AS LONG AS MUSIC PLAYS, PARTY WILL GO ON. . . . AFTER THAT GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN

I think you have received a message from CDSL or NSDL that the shares have been credited to your demat, You can login to your DP and check, Most of the brokers will show on listing day in your holdings. If you''re not seeing at 9 AM tomorrow Contact your broker, Some brokers tell they won''t show in holdings if you want to sell then sell as NRML order, and you wont be on the short side. Innovative Tyres is the company..employee quota subscribed for 12 times...it is very worthy point and total issue got subscribed more than 10 times..SME ..first time 15 years ago Innovative Tyres are contract manufacturers for Ceat Secura type of tyres ..they manufacture for Ceat too some time mentioned in the prospectus Please note in the past there were many Software SMEs, Textiles SMEs, Packaging SMEs, Pharma SMEs ..but Tyre manufactring SME is very very rare and they need capital atleast 25 crs plus. For all certain done...It seems SME issue 10 times oversubscription and available at Rs 5 extra to offer Price Rs 45 and cmp Rs 49..will reward investors soon

I am a bit alarmed by seeing the promoter holding in the company which is below 25%. Just now downloaded the shareholding file from NSE. Is there any cause for concern from this?
