What you can download from Karvy site is "CONFIRMATION OF ALLOCATION NOTE (“CAN”) CUM CALL NOTICE FOR BALANCE AMOUNT PAYABLE (“CALL NOTICE”)".
It is the FIRST CALL NOTICE, dated 05/07/2007.

Please note that the partly-paid shares are tradeable on stock exchanges. If you sell your partly-paid shares now, the liability to pay the balance amount can not fall on you, but on the buyer of those shares.
So, ICICI has fixed 23/11/07 as the cut-off date. Trading in partly-paid shares will stop after this date. Whosoever owns ICICI partly paid shares at the end of the day on 23/11 will receive call notice from Karvy.
The ICICI FPO closed on 22/6/07, and ICICI was required to collect full amount in 6 months time. So, expect the last date to pay the balance amount to be 22/12/07.

I have received 36 shares partly paid up of ICICI. Since I was not happy with the services of my existing DP, I have closed the account and now with other DP my all other shares are visible except the ICICI partly paid shares. Please help.. what to do? whom to contact?

i checked with icici, no one knows about it in chennai. it's like govt off. one say go to that branch, another says, its not my dept. sharekhan says, its nothing to do with us.

few of below users say, 23rd nov is the last date to decide who all will be in the list. i dont know whether icici will ask all the rest of the partpayment shareholders to pay or they'll decide few only from that. kindly clarify. is there a way to raise this to icici so that we can also pay the rest amount to get it in our DP/SR for trading.

23rd Nov is the last date for determining the names of shareholders who will be required to pay the balance amount as call money.
That means that ICICI Bank will dispatch call notices after Nov 23, and will have to provide 15 days time to the shareholders to make payment, as I understand it.

Call Karvy. U can also register on their site Karisma to generate a duplicate call letter. You may end up paying some extra interest. but thinking the apprecition, it would be worth paying

I have been alloted 30 party paid shares with an initail payment of Rs250. I missed to pay the first payment as I was out of town and had no access to the call letter. Is a way out to pay the remaining amount online as I am still out and have no access to the mails I might have received?

To aditya and all other Sharekhan users.. I am also a sharekhan user.. U dont see those shares in your Dp Sr statement.. Check the DP Holdings tab.. and you will find them over there if they are credited in ur account. I am not able to trade these shares.. And i am not sure why its happening.. If anyone has received call letter for second payment than please let me know.. as i dnt know when to pay money for this.. Thanks.. Hemant

Can I buy some more partly paid shares of ICICI bank from the market? and how much more i will be required to pay at a future date for converting them into fully paid up? will somebody help me.
