market sentiment is weak. so those who want to book profit or those who is interested in listing day gain, book profit when it lists. if sensex loose 200 points and nifty loose 60 points tomorow then the price of this share is likely to fall. the price fall may take place in the afternoon session and most probably if the market still falls on thursday, then the share price may go below the ipo price. but one can trust this ipo for long term returns!!!!

We have listing of Anu / Gokul and same day. Let us see who win's the race. I think Gokul will easily get you aroun 250 Rs. if mkt won't fall on Wednesday. Chances of falling market in Wednesday are less because it is falling since last couple of days. It should become bit stable in this week. Let's hope for the best. Don't panic.

wht s the listing price expected?

Gokul is big oil name in Gujarat with good set-up in Kandala and Sidhpur with it's promoter Kanubhai thakkar and BC Rajput (repuated people in the industry).
Company has already commissioned 1500tpd plant for which they came for IPO, by taking more debt due to ipo delay. This will show in their earning this year as their capacity expanded by 3 times. Gokul's fully diluted EPS is Rs.38 (PAT 100cr.Rev. 3300Cr) and FY10 EPS is Rs.60 (Rev.4900 cr., Pat=157cr.- Haldia 1000tpd refinery under progress which wl in this earning).
So current PE is 5.1 and FY10 PE is 3.3.
Whereas Ruchi soya current PE is 10 and forward PE is 8 and KS oil current PE is 18 and Forward PE 10.
When mkt level was 13,900, ruchi soya was at Rs.68 =lowest level. If consider this lowest bench mark,then Gokul price works out to be Rs.252 And if we consider Ruchi soya's current year low price (Rs.81.9 =AT 14,900 index level), Gokul price will be Rs.303
If we consider today's Ruchi soya price than Gokul should get traded at Rs.360.
If you give KSO multiples (@price KSO price of Rs.69) than Gokul should trade at Rs.638.
Don't forget other small oil company like sanwaria agro is trading at 15 multiple and Agro tech food at trading at 20PE. (300 cr. revenue)
So investors.
Be investor and not trader on this counter you will reap good benefit over 3 to 6month time.
