It seems trader''s have their own mode of communication and they act like a group to decide things. Evenn if some company post stellar result their stock is down next day not for no reason. They plan and do surprise act and small investors bears the loss. Simillar things happen with IPO. I suspect some corrupt registrar also aid in such planning.

@smart man, I have placed order at around 9.10 am I think for 850/share in HDFC Securities as I have the funds in HDFC bank account but got allotted at 751.1 in BSE. So I understood that the shares will be allotted at the equilibrium price decided after 9.45 am I think.

just contact them they are happy to give a demo.

today you had not applied, you actually have purchased shares at the listing price, as your order price was bigger than the listing price your order is executed.

In Zerodha, you have to add funds first in the kite portal, then you can buy shares the similar way you have purchased today from hdfc sec.

Exited both lots. If in such bull run it cannot progress on listing day then no guarantee it will go upwards in next week or months. Market is on all time high may crash any day heavily. If goes below 650 I shall enter again. No patronage with particular stock!!
