Iam expecting this IPO after Parliament results only

At first glance , looking good
But
Price band will clear the picture.

One of the positives is it's LM
One of the negatives is it's Sector ( Energy )

Gensol taken unsecured loan of only 20 lakh in FY 18 , from Bajaj Finserve@19% when they had nearly 5crs PAT.
Also check litigation chapter in DRHP .

If it comes after the listing of Par and Modi Ji elected as PM for next period means well and good.

Nav Rs.15 on 30th Sep.18
Peer group comparision is Zodiac Energy is trading at 4.4 pe (DRHP 76)
Long Term Borrowing is 6 Cr. Short term Borrowing is NIL as on Sep 18
Reserves is 9 cr as on Sep 18
Nav will be reduced on 31.3.19 because The company issue BONUS SHARES (60 lakh) to promoters on Jan 21st 2019.
Energy Sector is not liked by Stock market
If price is around 50 .Then it is ok for fundamentally.
Positive is PANTAMOTH. Again No H...P....

Price band expected is Rs 80 to 85
