Dear Natarajan,
Happy that you are following my advice. As I had said 200-205 zone is proving tough to cross.Once 205 is crossed it will be a freeway till 225-230 which is a fair price.Actually I do trading only for 3-4 days in IPOs & later I will wait till my target price is reached. Here my target is 235-240 after that I will review my target.
Since listing I did this:
Sold 350 shares at 205,bought them back at 187.Yesterday closing was 190 so my effective price comes out at 208.Bought 350 more at 184 & sold at 195.So effective price at yesterday's close was 208+11=219.
At the end of yesterday's market I had 350 alloted shares + 350 bought shares at 190.Today I sold 350 bought shares at 200.So now my effective selling price is 219+10=229.After that I sold my IPO shares at average of 202 & covered at 198.So now it has increased to 229+4=233.I bought 350 shares which I have sold at 200 at 193.Now I will sell this shares at 200 tomorrow. This is the way I trade QUALITY shares which trade at less than GMP after listing. This Is the way I traded ILFS & Persistent which also showed the same behavior. Now I stop trading from tomorrow & wait for 235.

Dear Sreedhar,
Sold a part at 203 and covered at 193. Reminded of Bajaj Corp in which this kind of selling and covering was possible for quite long..

Samita

both are good

i am baised on Adani

bcoz they have better Order book and are planing to go abroad for power projects..also

came out with 8000 MW during IPO target Now ORDER BOOK AT 22,000 MW

AND PLANNED TO 35000 MW THAT IS 35 GW...

BY 2014

COMMISIONING WILL START NOW AND CONTINUE TILL 2012

THEN IT WILL POST BILLION DOLLAR PROFITS IN 2012 ONWARDS

AND WILL START POSTING GOOD PROFITS OF EXSISTING PROJECTS NEXT 4 QUARTERS FROM NOW

If Real Estate and Construction were leaders of last bull market

POWER will be the leader in this bull market

watch this space

You can also buy jsw energy

Regards

Setu

Hi Experts,

Which is better between JSW energy or Adani power for long term investment (3-5 years) ?? JSW has been investors delight where as adani has impeccable reputation for implementing projects.

I am confused. Will be buying 500 shares

Samita

@Lost in Market, You have still not learnt your lesson. I had already told you not to do day trading. Anyways I guess you will stop once you lose your chaddi also. Tu abhi baccha hai. Tumko to akkal nahi hai. Tum ye soch rahe ho ke really stock market experts hote hain. That is totally wrong. There are alway bulls and there are always bears. See Shankar Sharma stupid fellow bast@rd. When markets start falling M'CTRl will call him on their channel and if you listen to him you will feel the world will come to an end tomorrow. LOL.

When market is going up I dont know where there hell he goes and sits.

@ 980: I am not expert but in a nutshell i can tell u the opinion of experts here as well as on MCtrl...

Experts say: Eros is a good stock to hold for long term say few months. Can reach 250. Even on Mctrl experts recommended applying to this stock as this was a long term bet and not solely for listing gains.

At what price have you bought it? Neways if i was in ur place i would hold on...

Hi SJ,

Bought 100 eros today, will buy some more later.

Need to understand something from you - Why have you chosen Adani Power over JSW Energy ?? Need to understand your rationale & logic behind this. I thought that JSW had better prospects as it had better rate realisation due to its long term power contracts.

BTW thanks for your mail..made life simpler.

regards
Samita

Sreedhar,

HNI cost works out to Rs.218 even if we take 1% interest cost for 1 month and invst. period of 10 days.

so is this another issue in which the HNI's have lost like in Bajaj Corp?
